The best Omega vitamins on the market
I've been using these for a couple of months and I can say that these are the best omega vitamins I have ever used. Normally, omega vitamins make me nauseous but that is not the case with these. I'm able to use them and feel okay and even enjoy taking these! The best part is if you take these once a day, you can make the jar last 3 months !

Excellent!
My husband is pretty picky when it comes to taking vitamins...basically, if they look or smell bad, he won’t take them. Thankfully ALL of our Mary Ruth’s vitamins exceed expectations. The 3-6-7-9 vitamin is another wonderful addition to his (and our) supplement regiment!

Availability
These are great. I think M.R.'s is having trouble managing the size of the product line though. These took almost 6 months to come back in stock, after I initially fell in love with them. I think the company needs to decide which products are worth keeping, and which are overlapping. I hope they keep this one though; its nice to have full Omega coverage, in a vegan option. This set of criteria is not readily available on the market.

Great Toddler Product
Bought this for my 2 year old and she loves taking them! The gummy has been so much easier than a liquid as I can for sure know it’s being taken and won’t sit all day in water waiting to be consumed! You can even pop these in a lunch box for school and your little one will think it’s a special gummy treat!

Topical Probiotics
My son has Keratosis Pilaris on his face, arms and legs and I’ve been spraying the topical probiotics on it for less than a week now and have already seen results and he loves having it sprayed on his skin so it’s definitely a win win and I will keep buying this!

Absolutely love them --my kids are happy to take the Omega gummies and I love the fact that it has all the Omega's in it. Finally a win win for this Mom! The are all natural with and so much better than store bought brands that fill their gummy bears with sugar.

I can actually sleep again!
I’ve been having a hard time sleeping. I wanted to find a sleep aid that wouldn’t leave me feeling like a zombie but would help me fall and stay asleep. I’m taking about a 1/4 dose of the Mary Ruth nighttime minerals and find it to be the perfect amount to help me fall and stay asleep without feeling out of it the next day. I would definitely recommend these to anyone struggling with sleep!

Love them, it’s like eating candy! I take 4 a day. Two in the morning and two at night. I have noticed my skin is under control with breakouts now. It’s definitely helping because I am a vegetarian and don’t eat any fish. So getting an extra boost of omega’s help.
