well honestly the contents in the bottle dried up pretty quick and I didn't notice a difference at all in my kidneys or my bladder so I'm not sure that these even work.

Amazing Product!!
This product claims are exactly what it does! It's amazing as it's alcohol free none of that gross stuff like dyes in it, just simple natural ingredients. Will definitely purchase again and already looking to try Mary Ruth's other products!
