Give it a try!
I have tried other MaryRuth products before I came across this one on sale and decided to give it a try. Too soon to see the benefits as I have only used it for 3-4 days now but the taste is actually really good, and I hope the immune benefits help as we move into the winter season.

Reishi "The landing team" mushroom
Absolutely recommend this. Reishi is the tango partner of Cordyceps. Decent enough analogy would be that Cordyceps is like what lifts you day up so take it in the morning... Whereas Reishi here is like the landing team on the ground directing the plane to the runway.

Mary Ruth's Mushroom Extract
Love this supplement! it will make your hair and nails grow like crazy! I put it on my coffee every morning! it has better absorption if taken the liquid form either directly on your mouth or put in coffee.
