Great product for everyone
Didn't upset my stomach. I have been trying to get my hair to regrow for some time (using other products). Not only do I have new stubs of hair but my finger nails are growing stronger too. Easy to swallow capsules. Just had a hip replacement surgery and seems I am doing great. Bones healing quickly; was walking in two weeks.

Biotin for hair growth and longer nails 💅
Good value and great product for hair and nails is where I have seen my results. However, it is becoming a difficult product to find, especially the soft gels and without the Keratin. I Highly recommend, if you are looking for length...and best to order several bottles to see results.

My nails love it
I purchased this to help with my hair. I've been on it for a month, and although I haven't noticed a big difference in my hair yet, I have noticed that my nails are growing fast and stronger. I'm sure improvement in my hair will be coming soon.
