I've been taking it for 4 months now because I noticed the gradual drop in my weight on the first 3-4 weeks. I play tennis 2-4x a week and combined with reduced carbs (didn't say no-carb), I dropped 18 lbs in 3 months and I'm still losing 1-2 lbs every 3 weeks. I liked it because it's gradual, no stimulant effect, and I can still rice, bread, and sweets. I just don't eat a ton of it like before.

I tried this and got some results, not as much as I'd hoped for but I'm sure I should have worked out more and ate a little better than I did. My review is based on me giving minimal effort. So will great effort I'm certain this product would be amazing!

I did not feel sick or jittery after taking these. However, I did not see much results after taking for only one month. After some research it sounds like others have seen results when continued for 2 months. I will definitely be picking up a second container.

I like the ingredients in this supplement, but I'm not seeing any dramatic results. I haven't gained weight, but I haven't lost any weight either. I've mostly maintained my same eating and exercise habits. I'm happy to get the nutrients from this supplement, but I'm not sure it would be my go-to for losing weight.

I'm not hang any luck with this one. It gives me stomach bloat.
