I had doubts about using melatonin to try to go to sleep but this definitely works... The quality of this Brand is excellent. I go off to sleep more readily. I sleep longer and more sound. The natural ingredients combination is a bonus as there are no nasty chemicals. I have a few doctors, It does pay to have a second opinion as their thinking on certain topics vary, I had serve problems with sleep for many years, lying in bed for hours and not being able to nod off. With my these doctors I was prescribed various medications. The good doctors tried to avoid habit forming drugs. I was prescribed Melatonin 5mg by one doctor, I took the script to a Pharmacist. The cost of this was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I spoke to another doctor who recommended Melatonin and to look for it on iherb, on the net to purchase. Seriously, I thought It had to be a drug manufactured in a laboratory, to put me to sleep. Not so, I've been taking Melatonin for Two weeks and have found it to be amazing (no side effects). I will vary the dosage depending on the day I've had (you also come to understand in the first few nights, the purity and quality of the product). At 65 you listen to your body, If you worked it hard you know it needs the rest. I'm also on a fistful of medications to keep my ailments in check and have diabetes type 2 (tabs and insulin shots). I have not found any interaction with my meds using Melatonin. Something else that I believe has come into play is that my breathing seems to be more regulated during sleep(I suffer from upper respiratory infections and am a smoker) , and finding I am coughing much less during the day. I do need melatonin unfortunately too often and since it can get expensive buying melatonin all the time, this one does help, great brand and not expensive. I do take one tablets before bedtime and fall asleep so much easier than with other expensive night sleep products, you do not have to buy always the expensive one

I've always had trouble falling asleep. Years ago I heard that melatonin might help with that and that it was a natural sleep inducer. I was a bit cynical at first, but decided to give this product a try anyways was pleasantly surprised to find that It really does help with sleep.
