Beneficial for sleep problems
Bought this product for my mother to use as she has trouble falling and staying asleep. Usually for her, after a couple of uses she develops a tolerance to the item. So far after thirty days this hasn't happened. I do not give it to her nightly, but it does seem to ease her anxiety and troubles of quieting her mind. When she wakes up, she is not groggy and feels like she has gotten a well-rested sleep.

I bought valerian because I read it helped with sleep. Been taking it for a wk now, but i haven't had any good results yet.
