Good source of B-12
This is the only sublingual B-12 I have found that doesn't contain sorbitol, manitol or other stomach irritating component.

Doesn't seem to help
I have not noticed any benefit to taking the B12. My energy is still really low. I hope it is doing some good even though I don't "feel" it.
