At first, I had my doubts because of the price (it was much more affordable compared to other options I was considering) when I bought this massage chair. But to my surprise, it was delivered right to our door in just 5 days from the day I placed the order.

This chair is absolutely amazing! Let me tell you about my experience with it. First of all, buying it was a piece of cake. There were so many options to choose from, and the descriptions provided really helped me make my decision. And guess what? It arrived even earlier than I anticipated, about a whole week ahead of schedule! The delivery driver was so kind and even helped me place it in my living room. Unpacking it was a breeze, and I didn't even need the instructions to put it together. It came almost fully assembled, with just the footrest needing to be attached – and that was a piece of cake too!

I had a few questions regarding how to connect the foot portion and some concerns about the operation of the chair. The customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive in addressing my queries. After a few days of using the chair, my wife found that the rollers were a bit too firm on her back. The customer service team was kind enough to send us an additional pad and a foot massager to address this issue. The original foot massager didn't cover the entire foot and sole, so this was a great solution. We also noticed a cut on the PU leather, but they quickly sent us a repair piece, which I will be trying soon. To make up for the inconvenience, they even issued a partial refund, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I am very satisfied with the chair and extremely impressed with the excellent customer service. However, I am still in the process of learning how to manually operate some of the features.

Initially, I had reservations about spending the money, as I was saving for my old age. However, after acknowledging that I am already in that stage of life, I realized that I have worked tirelessly throughout my life and I deserve to indulge in a fantastic massage - even every day if I desire.

We got the massage chair a whole week earlier than expected – what a nice surprise! It was super easy to unpack and move to where we wanted it, all thanks to the wheels it comes with. The only thing we had to put together was the footrest, and that was a piece of cake.

Although I am generally satisfied with the product, I have to be honest and say that the voice mode didn't quite meet my expectations. Nevertheless, all the other features work flawlessly, which is definitely a positive aspect. Despite this minor setback, I am still quite pleased with my purchase overall.

The materials the chair is made out of are cheap. The side panels are flimsy, scratch easily, and are generally unattractive. I've owned a Diawa massage chair previous to this one. It lasted over 10 years. I know what a quality chair is supposed to be like. When the chair arrived, the power cord didn't work. I contacted the company and they wanted me to take a video of the power cord not working......lol? After emailing them back and explaining how insane of a request that was, they finally sent the cord. So, we waited a week for that to come in. I used the chair primarily as it was a medical necessity. We had it less than a month when it started popping and dropping so that the person in the chair was dropped so that their bottom hit the rollers hard. I had to stop using it. So, we used it for a bit over a month (after the power cord arrived) before it started having issues. I spent weeks emailing back and forth with the company. IMPORTANT::::>>>>> They wanted me to take the back panel off to try to troubleshoot for them. That would have voided the warranty as it says not to on several documents. There is even a warning on the back to not open it. ***I truly think they were trying to swindle us into voiding their 'warranty' that is absolutely not upheld.*** Thankfully, I had bought the Walmart protection insurance. I've been working with them. They have sent 2 technicians out - both saying it is broken and the rollers and mechanics are already wearing out. The chair is rated for 400 lbs. The heaviest person to sit in it was 260lbs, so that's not the issue. We never moved it, we never did anything but open the box and move it to our living room. The chair was used by 3 adults before breaking. This is not a good product. The company is incredibly difficult to deal with. I wouldn't recommend buying any product they produce as the customer service after purchase is non-existent. I hope Wal-Mart stops dealing with this company.
