My wife loves it
Got one for her, she loves it. Just worried about the zipper where the battery is housed. seems a little flimsy and the fabric near it may cause it to get snagged. otherwise a good deal all around.

My favorite sleep pillow
The neck pillow shown is the best I have tried. The only issue is after many uses eventually the wiring disconnects so it would be great to have better wiring.
