The communication was amazing and assembly footrest took 6 minutes. If you are a very large person it might be tight but will be amazing for 90% of population and only problem is my wife and kids are always using daily when i want to, its very popular In our household. I have had back surgery years ago and this is like having a chiropractor and massage therapy on call any time you want. I was leery about buying without trying but trust me there is no need this chair is extremely comfy even when not massaging just to sit in.
After owning another chair in the same price range, this is by far years beyond competitors for simplicity, craftsmanship/quality performance, and features. That is just speaking about the product , but to top it off the customer service is superior to anything I have ever experienced. I have never felt so relaxed than after a session in this chair and I have never fell asleep as I have in this chair. You will not be disappointed and its future upgrades are also a plus.
"My only complaint is that my wife and two kids are always inside so I have to wait for my turn. Far exceeded our expectations and have been using it every day since we got it. Arrived quickly, and it only takes a few minutes to install the footrest yourself after opening. There are many automatic massage programs and the massage is very comfortable. When I first started using it, I felt some pain. After a few days, I felt no discomfort and enjoyed the massage more and more."
I absolutely love my massage chair and I use it every day. My only complaint is that the controller needs to be backlit because you cannot see the settings in low light
The massage chair has many functions and is easy to operate. There are also massage chair back heating and Bluetooth speaker functions, perfect for rest and relaxation time. My favorite feature is the zero gravity massage chair, the whole thing is so relaxing for me.
Built-in programs provide almost all of one’s needs. Bluetooth for music or listening to programs on phone is great.
The chair was very easy to assemble, and the comfort is amazing-worth the money- and my wife and I thought the chair looks very classy!
My husband loves it. Very easy to use, very comfortable.
Decent chair overall. Massage is weak even when settings are adjusted. It only goes to the buttocks, there is no hamstring massage at all. The airbag calf, shoulder and arm massage are pretty decent. The foot massage can be too hard and you have to push down on foot rest and hold that position to take pressure off feet and allow for calf airbag massage. Pressure and settings must be reset every time and there is no backlight for the buttons on the remote. No light in room your will have to memorize the button locations or turn a light on. AI has never worked even though I have used the instructions sent with the chair. Bluetooth speakers are a little loud but work perfectly. I have had a chair previous to this and the difference in pressure of the rollers is significant. I am not sure if there is a way to adjust the rollers for pressure but I have not found it yet. I would say this chair is average not great but not bad. I do not feel it is competitive with the Kyota chair of similar price range that we have at work. For the average person this chair will be just fine but for me it is only average.
I was hoping for a massage chair similar to the one I tried out at Sam's club. Should have know better because it was more expensive. The description on this chair read that it had the same features and in todays economy I'm always looking for a bargain. The shoulder air bags on this chair doesn't connect with my shoulders and there isn't any air bags for my thighs which I would love to have. The yoga stretch doesn't work well one of the reasons I purchased this chair. It would also be nice if there were some rollers in for the hands. One of the other reasons that I purchased this chair from Walmart is because it said that it could be returned within 30 days at the store now I'm being told that I need to pack it well and put it on a pallet and the company would send someone to pick it up. It didn't arrive on a pallet so why should I have to go and get one. I want to return it because of the things that I mentioned above and my husband's back and also my back hurts now. I'm hoping they will soon get better. Too much money to just sit in my spare room.
