it starts fast and easy. runs great. it has electric start. it would have been nice to recieve a owners manual with it. i recieved no paperwork in the box with it not a problem for me as i work on and repair this kinds of things. the unit is much heavier to manuver than i expected and the auger housing is thinner metal than should be for its weight. i noticed it flexes when using. the drive handle has a lock which on all other units ive used and worked on is on the auger side. this makes it unsafe if your not used to it not stopping when letting go of handle or backing up and falling on ice or things in the way and possibly getting pinned because it has a lock. i had to disable the handle lock for safety reasons. all in all i like the machine and was able to use it fairly easy.

Very good snowblower from what I could see.The only thing it was missing was a parts list and where to get parts if you needed to get them, During a breakdown I like to hold a real manual in my hands not get it off the internet. So far the only place I can see to get parts is from the manufacturer's website, not good!!! Let you know how it performs after the first snowfall.

Happy with it.. won't have to worry about finding someone to plow our driveway

the blower and transmission did not work. had to adjust tension on cables. Unit needed several adjustments to operate properly.

I cancelled my order due to poor reviews of this product. The merchandise was shipped but recalled and never made it to my home. I NEVER RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE!!. And im WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!! I've had to go so far as to dispute the charge on my credit card. And despite assurances made by massimo and personnel at Walmart. com nobody has made the effort to refund my money.

i got the machine and the first use the belt broke and i can't find one the fit luckily the lady at napa auto parts found one for a car it works but overall no .

The snow blower has mechanical problems, Walmart and the seller are not helping to solve the problem

Order defective, reverse gear doesn't function. Walmart has not responded to my request for a return in over 2 weeks😖
