This seller went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of when I had questions he sent me a manual and a spare charger when I couldn't get mine working . If I could give more stars I would i was thoroughly satisfied with the customer service and would recommend this seller . The ebike is amazing I love it .keep up the great work

Misaligned Brake an Tire Probably got to return the EBike. Xmas Sale, increased in cost. Last few they had, another store credit. The EBike wheels is just some transportation, an EBike. The Ebike Bought on Xmas sale an they are out of them. WalMart Customer Service and they send EMAIL were to take the EBike. Just got tire PSI today and TestDrove the Ebike. Bad Back tire and making Noise. Talk with WalMart they going to send EMAIL were to get the Ebike repaired. DiSC Brake trouble Misaligned, Thanks.

Looks pretty nice, but there were no instructions on how to put it together.Try to Google it.And did not find anything to help either

got the wrong color. i ordered this one and got the gray bike. It came with flat tires, no charge on the battery, and no manual.

I bought this scooter in the Walmart app in December my daughter only used it 3 to 4 times and there it no longer worked they sent me to the company that manufactured it MASSIMO MOTOR where I have been talking for more than 8 months to solve the problems they only send me to places where they are supposed to repair them and when I call to take it they tell me that that place does not work with that type of scooter the first time they sent me to the factory of part that is where they manufacture it and they did not give me an answer I am spoken and I They go to the repair department and I've only called places that don't work with that type of scooter. I tried to pin one is left when I transfer with the complaint department, they just hang up If I could give him zero stars I would give them to him the customer service is terrible they don't help at all they just pass you from one place to another

Massiomo Customer Service notified me - that they have no parts - of anything for this product - walmart and massimo - gets an F for putting a product that was not only defective - screws were not even there on one side of the motor - PS - no motors for this either - this has not been solved - I emailed and no response - but the review says it all - I want this resolved - but my rating stands because it's a waste of my money and time. next time have a website that has the parts - what a joke. I would not buy this scooter!!! It has been a struggle to work with Massimo. The scooter does not come assembled (even though communication will say that it will). The box came really beat up and damaged. When we opened the scooter there were no instructions on how to assemble. You must contact the company to get assembly instructions which will be emailed to you. The axle bolt is about a 1/2 inch too short. We requested the correct size and was sent the exact same size. Thankfully my husband is clever and figured something out. Massimo will not allow you to return the item without paying shipping freight cost and a ridiculous restocking fee. Other issues with the scooter is that all the cables and wires block the headlight. The foot rests are cheap plastic and are going to be the first thing to break. The tires can not be filled to the correct pressure because you can't get a plug on them. The seat slants forward---like at a 90* angle. Even though you are provided keys which you would assume would lock the device the keys do nothing but spin in the key hole. This scooter is NOT worth any money.

Did not come with no instructions the tires was flat and trying to get my money back and having a problem

Recently just got this bike and the screws on the back wheel have all came out and bent while riding which stops the wheel making me almost fall.
