Masterlock has been a staple lock product for decades. I remember using this is high school in the 90s and it still works the same. No hassle packaging, there are directions printed on the back. Once the package is cut open, the three digit code is printed on a sticker in the back of the lock. Set the lock to zero to reset. Turn to the first number on the right, then two revolutions to the next number to the left and one revolution to the right and it opens! Works just as well as I remembered it. Would always go back to buy this brand when I need a lock.

I like this padlock because it is impossible to guess the combination although it is pretty easy to memorize it. But just in case I suggest you to write down the combination somewhere because if you forget it, you will need some really strong tools to break this lock!

The Master lock padlock preset combination lock is easy to work. The combination is on the back of the packaging facing outward. So, don't throw this away. Got it to work on the first try. Directions are super easy. My daughter will be using this for her school locker. Would definitely recommend to others.

Master Lock Combination Padlock This is a good lock to use with a cable to lock up most anything. It's easy to use with a three number combination to unlock it. The number dial works well spins easy and when you close the lock it scrambles the lock for security. The lock is made in the USA it is good quality and should last a long time. The lock shackle is made of hardened steel so it is harder to cut the lock off. It's a nice little lock for locking up a bicycle or a school locker. I would recommend this product to a friend.

This is an all time favorite of mine. Since it's a MasterLock it's easy to use, secure, and it's extremely durable. I really like the extra security seeing as the lock combination automatically scrambles when it's locked. We live in San Antonio, Texas (hot, humid) and we've used a few of these in the direct sun for years without an issue. After you open the package you'll see a paper taped on the back of the lock. On the paper you'll see the code along with directions. If your child is going to have a school locker consider getting an extra one for them to practice on before school starts. I've been using MasterLock for over 20 years on everything from bikes, home storage sheds, garages, storage facilities, lockers, etc. I highly recommend this MasterLock!

(48 mm) wide lock body; 9/32 in. (7 mm) diameter shackle with 3/4 in. (19 mm) length, 13/16 in. (21 mm) width How to open the lock start from zero 1. spin the dial to the right at least 3 times 2. Stop at the first number 3. Spin the dial left passing the second number once and stopping on the second pass. 4. Spin the dial right and stop at the Third number I love that its made in the USA. The lock has a nice black background to make the numbers easier to see when using the lock. Its easy for my kids to use.

This is a nice padlock. Sturdy yet lightweight, and the dial is easy to see. Operates smoothly. A perfect lock for my gym locker. Would also work well on a school or similar locker.

quality is there and it's easy to use. the picture shows it being used on a storage box/footlocker. it is a tight fit to close, but it does the job. no doubt that it will provide the security i need.

Great lock. I do plan on using it at my gym when they open again. I do not like to worry about my locker getting broken into while I am working out or in the shower. It looks like it will be great protection for my stuff.

The Master Lock Padlock 1500d preset combination lock is a good solid lock. The Master Lock brand has always been known for producing good locks and they are a good value too. I personally have purchased not only the padlocks but also the combination locks over the years and it is my preferred brand. This combination lock is to be used on a carrying gun case that my husband recently purchased. It was a tight fit but it will work to keep the grandbabies out of the gun case since this is a case that he leaves out. I can recommend this lock as I have used this brand for years.
