This is pretty solid, I really only use this to keep my surge protector tight when I am camping but it will keep the honest man honest. I am confident this could likely be defeated if the thief was determined but this does still give you a good degree of peace of mind for light applications.

Bought this to go around a tree camera.... The cord is thin enough to go through the slot and long enough to go around the tree. Great value!!!

I got this to be able to lock up my new cooler. I like that it will fit through the lock slots and still have plenty of cable to spare to tie it to something solid. It is a very simple concept and seems to work well, I actually tied it up and jumped on it to see if I could get it to slide through and come apart and it did not. I imagine that is more than most people are willing to do to steal something, so it would take a large person and the right setup to do it. The key fits in well and turns easily. A nice little touch is the velcro strap that is attached to keep it nice and organized when not in use.

The lock is pick resistant which is an added plus. It also comes with two keys. It has a limited lifetime warranty. With all that being said it just gives you the added security you need on the items you want to secure. It is also very easy to set up and use. You will be very happy with this locking system.

The walk is not hard to use at all. You turn the key and Slide the cords through then take the key out to lock it in place. The problem I've had is that the key has a habit of sticking a little bit and has to be jiggled every now and then. But it has done a fantastic job of but all in all it's got good construction and easy use.

Easy to operate, good-looking, tough cable and lock. Adjusts from 6 in to 6 ft in length. Can be used to secure anything: bicycles, expensive garden equipment, tools, ladders. This would be great for securing tools at a job site. To use, put the key in the lock to open position, adjust around your item then turn key to locked position and remove key. Cable will continue to move freely to tighten around your item but will not uncoil when locked. Love that it comes with a hook and loop strap to secure any excess cable. This will really come in handy around the house or when camping! I gave this item four stars because the key is a little hard to operate.

I was excited to get this lock. I own property that has a gate. I used this lock to keep the gay secured. I have had it about a week and have yanked and pulled on the lock and it wouldn't give. The lock so far appears to be extremely durable. It may not be fullproof but it will at least slow a criminal down. I am very happy with this lock .

I really like that someone finally came up with a better alternative to the twisted cable locks that are way to cumbersome and hard to use. This 6 inch to 6 foot 5/16 inch cable lock is a very versatile locking cable. If you own a bicycle and want to lock it up outside this is the lock you need. No more shoving curly cues through your spokes. This cable is straight and can be wrapped around as many or as few times as you need before locking it in the right spot. Being able to pull the cable tight makes it tough for thieves to cut through the cable with bolt cutters. The cable is plastic coated to protect whatever it is you're locking up. The lock comes with 2 keys, always good to have a spare! I like the fact that I can use this as a rotor lock for my motorcycle. Thieves are crafty but a deterrent will sometimes send them looking elsewhere.
