I paid extra to have a lock that included a key. No key came with this lock, just a padlock that I could have gotten for 1/4 of the price. This is the second item, recently, that I have ordered from Walmart that had a missing part and that I had to return. Makes me think about continuing to order from them in the future.

Missing Key for lock
The lock itself was good but it didn't have a key with it resulting in a return to a local Walmart. They could not refund the shipping charge though but they did take the lock back.

Very basic lock, no key
This is a basic $5 lock. I paid over $15. The only reason I bought this lock is because the ad pictures the master key with the lock. It arrived today without the key and it's a very basic model…

It did not come with a key. One of the many reasons to buy this lock is for its keys.

No key comes with lock.
I purchased this item on August 28, 2021. I just received it today September 2, 2021. The combination work, but there is no key to go with it. I'm very disappointed because my child will forget the combination hence why I wanted a key combination lock. Looking at the numbers on the box, and on master lock website looks like I will have to jump through a few hoops to get the key for this lock.

Poor
It was delivered a day late without the key. I returned the item and ordered from Amazon. Amazon's item was a couple of dollars more but was delivered timely WITH THE KEY.
