[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smoker works great. The wifi connection to the app allows you to monitor and adjust temperature from your phone. I spray apple cider vinegar on the inside of glass door- let it sit for a bit- then a razor blade easily removes the smoke stains back to clear glass for next use. Don't use soap on anything because the smoke residue will absorb it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This version vertical smoker with wifi allows you to keep tabs on the cooking and smoking part. When you heat with Electricity the smoke generated goes all on the meat, so you get a stronger flavor and tender cooking, using a water bowl to keep it moist during it's smoking process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this smoker for years, my go to. I love I can check the internal temp. without opening the door. makes incredible Prime Rib, off the chart Mac and Cheese and even corn on the cob. even smoked ketchup is a big hit for burgers.

Like: It is electric, was not as hard to put together, except the handle on the door. One of the screws for it was stripped and I was unable to get it out to replace it. But other than that, all is good. Dislike: Not to do with the smoker, but Walmart shipping. This is the second time I have ordered and the second time they tell me my order was delayed in a town about an hour from me. Last time, I cancelled the order, as it was taking weeks. This time, I was not going to do that. I did a chat with their bot, who could not answer anything other than to say, again, delayed. The next day, it was here. So I am giving them a third chance. Let us see how this one goes.

Took longer to assemble than I expected it to. The instructions are only photos of the assembly, but if you take your time and work through it it can be assembled without too much of a problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this smoker in the summer of 25 to replace my first Masterbuilt Electric smoker. My first Masterbuilt was massive - so much space for many different foods to smoke simultaneously. I’ve smoked with charcoal for many years prior to my foray into electric smokers. I find the ease of a “set and forget” smoker helps tremendously. The 710, while small, cooks well , is reliable, and a great investment.

Bought for husband for Christmas Only used once so far, but we like it. Still new to the smoker community. Never had one so we are learning. Seems wood chips don’t last very long and hard for us to regulate the temperature. But again, we are still learning. Haven’t used the Bluetooth and all that yet. So far so good!! Just hope it holds up!

This is my second Masterbuilt smoker (my old one gave up the smoke after eight years) and I am delighted with the upgrade. The built-in thermometer is a great added convenience even if the wi-fi is a little wonky; the legs are a welcomed upgrade; and the redesigned water trade is great! There are only two of us at home so this is the perfect size for just us or hosting a large group. Easy to use and much easier to clean than my previous one. Only complaint is that they should and a shelf or supply the correct height stand to support the cold smoker attachment (currently using a gallon paint can!)

Struggles to get high temperatures. Maximum setting is 275 mine only gets to about 265-270 and takes 1-2 hours to get there. If you open the door to check the food it loses the temp and gotta wait all over again. I would rate this higher if the heating element wasn’t so weak.
