This gift card is great. There's a $6.84 purchase fee but after that, no additional fees to worry about. Great length before expiration date. Easy to use, can call for balance, ect. When purchased online via the Walmart app., it arrives immediately after purchase via email. No waiting for it to arrive in the mail or worrying about it getting lost or stolen if mailed. Will definitely purchase again and again. Buying it at a Walmart store or through their app puts my mind at ease because I know Walmart is trustworthy.
Please bring back the actual cards, not everyone can use an e-gift card online. Aldo, plesse continue to offer next day delivery on the physical cards, not the 2-3 dsy delivery because unless you ship w/FedEx, the delivery never happens, the ither companies never deliver the psckage. I order gift cards from Walmart weekly %26 you are not offering the physical cards with next day delivery...please bring them back! I highly recommend the actual card, but can't recommend it unless you bring it back!
Can't add this card to apple wallet and they don't tell you that before you purchase. Also, printing it out still doesn't give you a barcode to use in-store.After purchasing the email it says you can add it to your wallet but apple says they do support this card when do try to add it.I only got it to use as tap pay so pointless to me.I spoke to customer service and they had no answer about it.
I bought one and send it to my friend and it's been two weeks now and he can't even use it I can't find any body to call to get customer service because it's all says to call the number on the back of the card and it is no card because it is a econ and the phone number I do have is simply a recording this is scam it's rip off cost me $200
eGift Card is impossible to use, because it can not be registered to a name or address online purchases are declined. You can add it to your google wallet, but instore merchants do not accept. Basically they take your money for a card that can not be utilized.
Purchased this online, and the next day the gift card was already used by someone(not me) The gift card was $260. I have had multiple chats with customer service with no answer or help. No one ever followed up like I was told. Now 2 weeks later, still waiting for a refund or something. Ridiculous
The reason I chose this card was because it can be added to apple wallet.. it cannot. Not to mention, it gets declined everywhere for a reason that you will never be given. Most online apps don't accept it either (DoorDash, Instacart, 7-Eleven, etc.) so unless you are sure that you are going to a store that allows you to type in the card number, it's getting declined.
This card was supposed to be able to be added to Apple Pay and google pay but it would not allow me to do so. Made it pointless to give as a gift. These cards already limit your ability to use them enough without failing to be added to digital wallets. Not a good gift idea ….
I was unable to use the card and access my funds. The customer service was polite but not helpful. It took three calls and wrestling with the automated phone system just to reach a human. The only remedy they have is to refund my money and that will take three weeks. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY THIS USELESS AND FRUSTRATING PRODUCT. I DON'T SUGGEST IT TO MY WORST ENEMY!
It says the cards active and that it has funds but when I tried and put it in my digital wallet it says that the cvv is wrong but it definitely is not. It's 3 numbers hard to mess that up
