Mastercard® $50 Purple Dots Gift Card (Plus $4.84 Purchase Fee)

could not activate this card online or on the phone, and theres no way to get a hold of anyone. of course it didnt come activated, because it was declined when i tried to scan it. the entire thing was embarrassing at the checkout and im trying to figure out how to get my $55 recooped. what a scam

card was not activated at point of sale...yet Walmart has my $50. on each of three cards. called MasterCard directly to find out card was not activated at point of sale from Walmart. i have ordered 2 to 4 cards every month.... deems i need to just cancel my Walmart account

I gave this card as a Birthday gift to my grand niece and she was not able to activate it even after contacting the card issuer who wanted a purchase receipt which of course she didn't have because it was a gift. I purchased it online through Walmart online and Walmart doesn't accept returns on gift cards. I'll never purchase another card online. Very disappointed to say the least.

went to activate. would not let me. says sent email with pin number. Umm no. never received the pin No. Ripoff. i paid $55 for a card that does not work. My granddaughter forgot she had it. Her mama was helping her. so she called says zero balance. she called Visa they where no help. i am trying now to get walmart to help

tried to activate the card upon delivery....card would not activate online or by phone number. the company customer service "opened a case" to note the issue with the card....was told it would take up to 15 days for the issue to be addressed...may or may not get my money back....yet to be seen....would not recommend anyone using this company

Never buy any of this brand gift cards. They don't come activated like Vanilla or Target Gift cards do work out of package delivered Not this brand and then Walmart takes your money never gets them activated and never follows up even thru customer service scam big scam lost 150.00 plus fee's

This card read error. Was unable to use this card. Then the hassle of trying to get a person on the line to help. 4 phone calls later, all to be placed on hold for a very long time. Asked for a refund, only to be placed on hold again for a long time. The person transfered me to someone else. No money has been put into my account. You were quick to take my money. Now I have to wait for my own money. What a scam you are running.

I dislike. I couldn't activate them had to call card service and they want to investigate. asking to send in receipt and front and back of cards. I needed the cards for a event.

I could not acti ate these 2 cards. it said funds were not downloaded to them. You took the money out of my checking account. i want the money put on these cards or i want tbem replaced

When I received the cards , I took them with me on vacation with my grandchildren, when I went to activate they said there was an issue with my card so I had no balance on them, trying to get them refunded is a nightmare! Very upset
