This puzzle was really fun. The pieces were small but too small and the pieces were accurtae to the picture. Size wise it was a nice small puzxle of moderate difficulty and looked great when it was completed.

Good quality. Pieces are smaller then I would think a 500 piece would be but it was a great puzzle to complete for the Halloween season.

Great colors! Easy to grab, thick puzzle. Luminous glow in the dark. Just ensure to put light on it like all glow in the dark things.

This is what I sent to the company: Hello, I am appalled by what I received in the mail today from your company. The outer box was perfectly fine with nothing wrong with it. Once I opened up the outer box, though, I found the inner box was not only opened, but completely destroyed on one whole side. In addition, the plastic bag with the puzzle pieces had been opened and puzzle pieces were all through the outer box. I spent an hour counting the pieces and 9 pieces are missing. The damage was clearly done before it was shipped. Why on Earth would your company send a customer something that has been not only opened, but destroyed? I wouldn't even accept this if it was absolutely free. I paid $14.49 via Walmart and you can bet that I am returning it. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put this in a shipping box at your company is clearly not right in the head. This should have been thrown away as it is nothing more than trash at this point. Shame on your company.
