Great item Id like to have about five more of these very very useful love it

Got this 5 years ago, have kept it outside ( no exposed to elements ) its reliable and keeps my extentions neat, the 4 outlets are seriously handy. Going to buy another.

Excellent product when you need more than one outlet

The reel is great if you have several pieces of electrical equipment near each other. However, if you want to use it for something like a hedge trimmer, you need a second extension. It is still handy. And I really like how compact it is. I recommend buying it. If you want to see how its use, go to youtube.

I love the reel, and I would love the male plug on an extension cord, but on the reel it's cumbersome and I have cut them off which is in improvement, but it's still the wrong angle, and I felt bad about cutting something on a brand new item.

Good Quality for the price. Connector cord is very bulky so it makes the rewinding a bit lumpy. Held up great for Halloween decorating. But when rewinding the knobby bit likes to keep sliding off. Nothing a bit of gorilla glue won't fix... Overall pleased for the price and quality. A bit smaller than I expected. But holds 100 ft of extension cord nicely. Can't hold much more than that. So will likely need a second for my uses.

I repeat, DO NOT BUY! I bought it and stored it. 10 months later, after I FINALLY needed to use it, I was not even done completely plugging it in, when the male part of the cord bust into flames catching part of my wall to burn! Unfortunately, it wasn't even plugged in long enough to shut off the breaker switch! Although handicapped, I was able to kick it away in time to prevent major damage... Photos show results... I set it aside, and a month later, I was going to throw it away but it occurred to me it might have a warranty. Thus I decided to contact Amazon for a refund!

this is horrible, whoever designed this never owned or used an extension cord. I seriously believe that other reviews were from the company that made it. There is nothing simple about this and if you actually get your cord wrapped around it you better just leave it that way. It is cheaply built and badly designed save your money.
