Was really skeptical pre ordering from Walmart from a collectors stance with all the bad reviews. But truth be told, one of the two items shipped on time. And was in pretty good shape. The other item is a month behind? Time will tell once the second item arrives if it worth buying off walmart.com for exclusive pre-orders or not. So far so good.

This figure is awesome and worth the wait. The package itself showed up and the cardboard portion was bent and ripped. The plastic case portion was cracked. Fortunately there was no damage to the figure, but for people who collect and display this would be no good.

Good example of why walmart should never get an exclusive figure. Made a pre order event.. put them In Stores first. Failed to get them out by pre order date 3 months after pre order.

Item was damaged extremely bad. plastic had came off back of card. shipper put item in a box to small for item and had to bend it just to fit in box. i understand normal wear and tear but this was a bit much.

the item was shipped in a paper bag, which came damaged, and i had to wake up early to order this before it sold out, and they couldn't put it in a box! thanks for not carrying about your customers once ordered

the figure is great but how walmart handles preorders is not anygood at all.my figure arived it poor conditions and i pre-ordered this figure and two others and people are geting these in stores and i still havent got my two other figures im going to cancel my order and i already got charged when i pre-ordered and again wen it shipped so if i have to pay scalper pricese ill just wait until the scalpers get them and pay them

This review isnt about the figure. its awesome. This is about the ordering system. Horrible in every conceivable way. Had 4 pre-orders. All of them are way past the promised delivery date. 2 of them were actually FOUND instore a month after the preorder release date past. im cancelling the last one on my list and ordering from BBTS. way more reliable. Glad toy companies are realizing how much of a joke Walmart is and are slowly moving away from giving them too many exclusives.

product came bent in box. my collectible just became worthless.

the heman toys i bought one to let my kids play with and one to collect came in a box no just shove into a box no care take i have waited 6 month for these and my packages are damaged and im waiting on other ones and i bet they are messed up too

Item was severely damaged. Walmart sucks.
