front tires only

anonymous May 31, 2026

Nice replacement tires for my Ford edge 2015. unfortunately I couldn't change all 4 of them because they made an internal mistake in the shipping. I have only installed 2 for now and happy with them. the Woodbridge store it is in a very messy situation for the workers and for the clients.

Roadmaster tires

Mike June 28, 2025

So I bought these on about a month ago and the first thing was the price I had Walmart Mount and balance and got the road hazard which I recommend for everyone so far so good they hold up good no road noise. They track well in the in the rain and so far, I'd recommend him.

I bought these tires for my 2016 Chevy Cruz LT and they look great. Also the performance is great. The best thing I like about these tires is that they came with a 85,000 mile has a warranty which means I did not have to buy a hazard warranty separately I would i bought these tires for my 2016 Chevy Cruz LT and they look great. I need tires. I will definitely buy these.

Highly recommend

Michelle May 25, 2026

Continuing to hold up after 6 months. I drive an 07 sienna and highly recommend a CUV tire instead of one designed for a car/ sedan. Even though rating says it's okay.

Tire warranty is a scam.

anonymous June 1, 2026

The tires are better compared to the ones I had on there. The ride is still rough. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY! One of my tires does have a leak somewhere and they will not check it or repair it unless I wait till all other customers have been seen. That's fine. Maybe I should make an appointment to get it worked on? They will not take appointments for warranty work… So unless I bring the car in early and wait till the end of business day, I cannot get my tire repaired. This is my daily driver and can't leave it with them all day. The warranty is a scam.

im highly disappointed in the product. we do not have a smooth ride. if we have to ride a bumpy road, my truck rocks non stop. i believe by next year we will need new tires. the tread seems thin. i gave it a 2 rating just to be nice. im really mad about having these tires.

Terrible customer service

Jim June 22, 2026

I purchased tires and also brought the hazard insurance at the store but after I got a flat the store refused to fix because they said they don't carry that tire and told me to contact customer service. I contacted customer service and after being hung up on and calling back only to wait over an hour to supposedly speak to a manager in which he said he would contact the manufacturer and get back with me in three business days but of course no one contacted me back .

Lack of common sense

Marcus June 13, 2026

So where do I start. I purchased 4 of these w road hazard in 4/2026. A month later I hit debris on freeway and damaged two tires beyond repair and bent one rim. The auto center staff could not pull up these month old tires on their iPad which I was told were now out of stock or discontinued. I went on my cell phone and was able to locate and purchase. The staff suggested I purchase two new ones and have them sent to their store like before and they'd refund me my money on the road hazard claim. I also needed to have the front wheel taken off so I could drop off to the rim repair shop and the tech advised I'd have to pay $15 to do that. Needless to say, I came in initially via wrecker at 7am with no customers but was told they weren't sure when they could remove bent wheel or give me a time frame. I told them I'd be back at 2pm so get it done. I went to sleep and called before I went and was advised at 0145 pm the wheel was still not removed. 6 hrs later. This all happened on a Monday. So my car sat in the auto center parking lot from Monday -Thursday before two new tires were delivered and my rim was repaired. I dropped off the rim on Friday evening since my tire appointment was set for Saturday at 0700am. I gave my repaired wheel to the original technician who helped me Monday and told him to call me when my car was ready Saturday. The tech tells me I have to be present to check my car in on Saturday at 7am so I told him,”but I am here now a day before to authorize and my car has sat here all week. Tech still advised I needed to be present at their auto center in the morning to get my vehicle repaired. RIDICULOUS!!! I work graveyard so to get my car roadworthy again, I parked in front of bay door %231 at 0500am while auto center was still closed and slept in my other vehicle to authorize my tire replacement. They lift the door so I wake up and when it came time to check in, the intake representative said I needed to go inside the center and speak to a manager about my refund since I purchased tires for road hazard claim and needed to resolve that. Meanwhile six other cars all pull up and enter the shop while it takes me 30 minutes to resolve my refund for the road hazard claim and even though I had slept in my vehicle in front of the garage before opening. I now had to hurry up and wait for the other 6 cars that pulled in behind me to get serviced before they touched mine. Totally asinine! Ridiculous! Unreasonable! Lacked any total common sense. A claim like this in the past has never been this hard at NTB, FIRESTONE, or DISCOUNT TIRE. I can't wait for these tires to wear out so I can go back to FIRESTONE or Discount where you don't have to repurchase your month old tires for a road hazard and come back the day of your appointment to authorize work when you're already there 24 hrs ahead of time. Don't waste your time with Walmart auto center unless you want to hurry up and wait!!

Third World Factory

Matthew June 1, 2026

You momos, I never picked up anything. I ordered two tires but you guys can't get it together in order to complete the task under an hour like I was promised. I was told that nobody comes to work so there is a major delay.
