Mastisol liquid adhesive gets the job done
I use it to hold dressings in place as well as drape for wound vacs. It makes a sticky feel to the skin to adhere to the dressing or drape for a comfortable fit no slipping or moving and keeps the dressing from coming off. The spray is targeted to where you spray it the dressing stays on. You do not need to spray a lot of the spray to hold the dressing or drape in place.
