This black leather tone type tape is great. My cat has scratched the heck out of my leather reclining chair. I tried animal spray to encourage him to stay away from the chair to no avail. I ordered 2 packs last week and it blended in with the chair color %26 texture...but unfortunately I didn't have enough to cover the job. This time I ordered several rolls more....chair looks great %26 have more to spare if I need it around the house.

It is supple, which makes it's very easy to work with, and, once repaired it feels like it's original to the chair material itself

It wasn't as “leathery” as I thought it would be. But it worked pretty well for the fake leather stools that I was repairing. It's only been a week or so but it seems to be adhered well

Great product! Very easy to use and good quality.

Tried to patch my faux leather futon. The tape maybe lasted a few weeks. It left a LOT of sticky residue behind, worse than the itchy leather cracks and chips without it. The texture in the picture didn't match the product either. It's smooth and rubbery like electric tape. Probably better off using gaff tape.
