Clean and refreshing
I really love this product because it cleans really really good down to the scalp but doesn't strip the hair of natural oils, leave hair feeling clean and easy to styling wonderful product ❤️

Discontinued but found at Walmart
This is my favorite shampoo, but it has been discontinued. I was so happy that I was able to find it through Walmart so I bought 2 bottles which should last me for some time. Just hoping that th3 manufacturer brings it back based on all the reviews from the unhappy customers that love this product.

Favorite shampoo
I was happy to still find this available online as it is my understanding Biolage is discontinuing this product. It's unfortunate because it seems a lot of people really like this product.

This product is excellent! I truly feel like it cleanses without stripping the hair. Such an excellent product, my hair feels clean and restored after I use it.

Different formula ?
I probably started using this product in about 2005. In about 2020 it became hard to find and all I could find was the large bottle so I bought it. I didn't use it every day and my hair is short so that bottle lasted about 5 years. Before I ran out I started searching for it again and could not find it anywhere for several months. I finally found a large bottle again a couple months ago. It seems different so I don't think it's the original formula that worked so well for all of those years.

Deplorable support
My order was delivered to the wrong address . The address's that it was delivered to doesn't exist. Since this was a Walmart contractor I'm unable to contact them or get Walmart involved to resolve this issue. Lesson learned is do not order anything from an Walmart contractor. Yes , if they deliver your item you're fine, if they don't you get nothing!!
