Love It!
Been using this shampoo for quite a few years. I hate that the price has gone up, but I love the smell and effects it has on my colored hair. Definitely makes it softer and more manageable!!

This is fake
What I received does not match the packaging it's a fake trying to look like matrix shampoo. It makes my hair feel absolutely awful. It totally changed my hair after just a couple uses and then I realize that it's not even real matrix brand which I thought I was purchasing.

Fake Biolage???
As time goes on, I am convinced more and more that the shampoo in this bottle is NOT Biolage. It looks like it from outside and the bottle was sealed, but it doesn't smell like it and I feel like my hair is getting stripped every time I use it. Beware!!

I love this shampoo and have used it for years. But the seller sent me 2 bottles of conditioner instead of the shampoo I paid for. They were also sent to me from Amazon.
