Such an amazing shampoo. It helps repair my damaged hair. Everytime I switch to another brand I regret and go back to this specific one.

The package came in terrible condition as it was drenched from rainwater; however, the bottle was in good shape. The shampoo formula is a clear liquid and smell authentic. I'm not sure if they suppose to have a seal to mark if the product is used or not but mine has none and the amount of it suggest that it's unoppened. I am sastified with my purchase. (Noted: They might have the same packaging but there're 2 different types of Biolage Hydrasource: Ultra Hydrasource is for extra dry hair and Hydrasource is for dry hair)

I'm now convinced that these large, price-friendly bottles of Biolage are FAKE product. I initially purchased the volumizing version, which just dried out my hair and didn't care for the scent. More recently, I purchased the Hydrasource version in same large 33.8 oz container. It smells and works exactly the same. I was surprised to see so many positive reviews, but I don't think they've used real Biolage products. You get what you pay for.

Item is received defected and damaged. I cannot even identify what is shipping to me. Contact seller with no response. Worse experience ever~
