It's the only shampoo and conditioner I've used for many years. I have very thick hair, and after being washed and conditioned, my hair is soft and clean for days. it is a wonderful feeling!

Wish you would still add the pumps with these. It's hard for people with arthritis to hold the big bottles

This is not the real product. I have never had issues with my scalp. After using both shampoo and conditioner I had an extremely itchy scalp and bumps all over my head. I literally could not stand to not wash my hair every single day then it dawned on me to get new products from an authorized retailer. After 3 uses of the real product my scalp is back to normal. I spent a lot of money for a very fake knock off.

not what i ordered ! spent all that money and they send me this small bottle of balm when its supposed to be a 33.8 oz bottle not a 16.9 bottle of balm !!!!!
