lasts for at least a year for 3 people!!!! best shampoo/conditioner I've ever used, my hair is always full and hydrated, and I dye my hair every other month!!!!!

They sent two bottles of conditioner, instead of one shampoo and one conditioner. I am very disappointed.

i am very disappointed in my Order! i ordered a shampoo and conditioner set for $89. before tax. they sent me 2 conditioners by mistake. when i emailed them they offered me 15% back and keep extra conditioner or they could send me a prepaid package and i can send it back . And said ill have to reorder the shampoo! i dont understand why do i have to buy it again they should just send me the shampoo i have paid for !

Picture and text show shampoo and conditioner. Sent shampoo and detangling solution not the conditioner I ordered. Have contacted Walmart customer service and vendor with no response. I did not get what I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FTOM THIS SUPPLIER.

Not verified resellers
I don’t think these are verified retailers. I’ve purchased a lot of biolage products in the past and this bottle was definitely a fake. The label looks different. The color of the brand looks different. The texture and smell is different. It looks like they created a fake label and sold it at a high-end price.

Two weeks late
Didn’t even get to try the product. I ordered the product and it was going to take a week to arrive which that’s fine you just plan ahead. I messaged the seller to make sure it would be there Wednesday due to the shipping label was created but two days before there were no shipping information. The product comes from New Jersey and I’m in Tennessee so I messaged the seller just to see if it was still going to arrive on time. A week to your shampoo and conditioner is a little long but I knew that ahead of time. They messaged me back asap and informed me that it would be in time. Fast forward it took over two weeks to get this product. I will be returning the product as I issued a refund for the product after seeing no shipping information on the day that it was suppose to arrive besides the label that was created. Walmart definitely needs to step up on their third party vendors.

Made my hair brittle
This formula made my hair brittle and dry, when it was supposed to moisturize. I’ve used Biolage products before never had a bad experience. Not sure what happened here.
