Not what I thought at first
This shampoo makes my hairoily. The 2nd day my hair is looking oily so I switched to a different brand. Now I can go five days if I want without oily hair

Poor customer service
I received conditioner instead of shampoo and am working to resolve a resolution with the vendor a week later. Very poor customer service.

Poor shipping
My shampoo arrived after three weeks in an envelope with no protective packaging. The cap was crushed and the shampoo was everywhere.

Poor Experience
Terrible experience. Company claimed to have shipped the item and were paid by Walmart. The shipment process stopped halfway through and the item never arrived. Contacted the company who said they were going to ship the item immediately, in exchange for a good review. Item still has not arrived nor have we received any shipping info for new shipment. Finally, we requested refund today from Walmart. Would never trust this company again.

Overpriced garbage.
Destroyed my fine curly hair. It's now straw. I need about $85 more in products to just get it back to healthy. Do not buy. The shampoo smells terrible. Like B
