Love the smell and how clean my hair looks and feels.

I have purchased lots of shampoo and conditioner over the years, but I can finally say I have found the one that works for me! I would highly recommend this shampoo and conditioner. My hair is beginning to grey and it on the course side. So I need a shampoo and conditioner that will help my hair feel soft and manageable not frizzy or dry. Thanks Matrix for making a great product. Only wished I could find instore at Walmart but ordering on Walmart.com is great I get it within a week of ordering.

Brand I have used for years. Found it for half price at Walmart. Have been buying it at my salon for years.

The delivery is never left where I specifically want it to be! I asked that my order be delivered and put on my front porch so it's not outside where it can be stolen or if the weather is bad ruined. This continues to happen and no matter what I say in my reviews nothing is done to correct it. I have also asked that I sign for it but that's ignored also. I think I'm going back to Amazon where they know how to follow instructions!?

Where is my total order ? I paid for both shampoo and conditioner for $36.00 . I had to wait extra time for only shampoo and paid for both shampoo and conditioner

I ordered this duo but I only received the conditioner (shampoo was missing). I tried to contact the seller and send them an email. They responded stating that they received my email but never responded after that point. Do NOT recommend.

My product came thrown in a box with shaving hairs all-over the bottles. I am afraid to use this… literally looks like it was sent from someone's bathroom shelf. Trying to get a refund now.

I only got the Conditioner, no Shampoo. no phone %23 or contact info. they charged for both and charged for under"35.00" fee. i paid $35.50 before taxes!!! trying to cancel and get a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Beware! This did not come as a duo. Only received shampoo.
