My developer wasn't filled all the way, I would say about 2 inches was missing from the top of bottle. Also, I don't believe that this is 30 vol. because when I was using the 20vol salon care it would lighten so much quicker. Plus this seller delayed my order for 3 weeks to a month and i contacted walmart to cancel the order. But all they were able to do was send an email with my request because they are a 3rd party seller. Never responded. Still sent the order out and weeks later at that
