My hair looks styled when I wake up
I cold smoothed my fine curly hair and I am very happy with the results. Do your research- at many points throughout the process I could have ruined my hair- I spent a lot of time watching videos and still the process was stressful- you have to work fast!

Exactly as described
Exactly as described. i use to pay 250 at a saloon to have this treatment. i did the exact same thing at home and it turned out perfect! theres a tutorial on youtube for those who want to try. I will be buying again

Works for coily hair. Just the process takes too long. I also wish the conditioner came in a bigger tube.

SCAM! Zero stars
Ordered two treatments and only received one. I reached out to customer service and was informed they had shipped them separately (ignoring my request for a refund). The product never showed up. Walmart can't do anything because it's a third party seller. STAY AWAY and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

I have used this product multiple times and this time it fried my hair. I had it done according to the instructions and did not have any hair color or treatment on my hair for 7months prior. No clue why it did this, maybe change in formula. But it fried it and I had to get my hair cut short, not happy at all.
