DO YOU HAVE BABY-FINE HAIR?
I have been using this product for over 20 years! I have baby-fine hair and this shampoo gives my hair some body. EXCELLENT PRODUCT.

Fresh and clean feel
Don’t need to use much at a time. Cleans and freshens your hair. Has a slight frying affect. Not much perfume which I like.

Matrix TRHA Shampoo
I like how this shampoo lathers up, rinses well, and leaves my hair feeling clean. I'm not sure if this shampoo adds volume as it states.

Not buying again
I am not sure this is the real matrix shampoo. The bottle and the product seems different than what I normally get. Unless they made changes to it I think this is fake.

Very unprofessional
Fed ex delivered it seeping through the package. They just left it there like that. Very unprofessional.

CONDITIONER
i ordered Shampoo and Conditioner on same day. Shampoo arrived in a timely manner. HOWEVER, ten days later, Conditioner is hung up at Fed Ex in a town about an hour away from here. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Would not buy from this off site vendor
Bottles were poorly packaged--not secure in the box. One of the bottles had its cap shattered in about 10 -pieces, the seal punctured, and shampoo had leaked out all over!!!
