This set came sealed and with tape on the top to make sure it did not leak. The price is awesome! My stylist recommended this after getting a tinted gloss. I love the shampoo it doesn't leave me oily like most sulfate free shampoos and it bubbles up. The conditioner is not super moisturizing but that's ok with me.

I was skeptical when I bought the set cuz of to good to be true but it was a good deal! They came in the right plastic wrap, each bottle had the seal under the cap. When I opened them they were filled like normal. I bought a set of pumps since the bottles are big and they fit just right. All in all I would buy again if I need to.

I really enjoy this product. It keeps my hair feeling fresh and smelling amazing. It has a coconut smell to it. It does keep my red vibrant and does not have my dye going down the drain as I am washing it. It is big bottles so it lasts a while. I paired it with the lamination spray.

Strongly believe the items received were not authentic Matrix products, but counterfeit. The bottles themselves appear to be made of thinner materials, the labeling on the bottles is similar but not exactly the same - very strong suspicion that the products are simply counterfeits. What I get for ordering through a 3rd party seller on WalMart.com.

I typically buy this shampoo and conditioner from a salon, but thought I would give this a try. I won't do that again. This smells nothing like what I get from the salon, and the bottle feels like thinner plastic. I don't believe this is authentic Matrix.
