My favorite:)
The best shampoo I've used for my thick frizzy unruly silver hair. It's gentle and leaves my silver shiny, soft and healthy. Cheaper buying this through Walmart is a huge plus!

Shiny lather!
I liked everything about this shampoo. Lots of lather…. a little goes a long way and the shine is great. Leaves hair soft even before conditioner.

Wrong item, smelled funny.
They sent conditioner instead of shampoo and the conditioner smelled odd. I have been using this Matrix shampoo/conditioner for a while and usually get it from Amazon. This one seemed to be an off brand or old (or expired if that is such a thing).
