I have been using these products for years. They do not dry out my hair as many others do. I am able to comb through my long hair while washing and conditioning my hair as well as when dry. I have few if any knot between washes with Matrix. With other products I have knots, breakage and fuzz. Not with Matrix Sleek

I've used these products for years. They leave your hair silky smooth. My hairstylist left, so I had to find a new supplier for these products. I purchased these (through Walmart) from Discover Beauty. They arrived early, perfectly packed and shipped. Would purchase from them any time. Great job. Thank you.

Do not buy from this seller. Fake products. Ordered Matrix Mega Sleek shampoo and conditioner, which I use all the time, so I know it very well. Different texture, viscosity, horrible smell. Bottles were all squished and taped together. Two different caps. I even had some remaining REAL Matrix shampoo and conditioner to compare it to. Serves me right for trying to get a deal. But what confused me most is that I thought I was buying directly from Matrix. I now realize that was not the case. Whether intentionally or not, the way product listings are in this app is extremely misleading.

Seller did not send total result they sent the orange bottles. This is the cheaper version and is not as described.

Placed order Jan 16th, 2024. Delayed just after a few days, claiming UPS had not received it. Put in a complaint, heard back from no one. Noticed I was not going to receive my package so I decided to cancel and get my money back. Would rather go in person to purchase this shampoo, even if it costs more.
