I bought this lock when someone at the house I live in broke into my room and stole a lot of my medication. It was inexpensive, but it works quite well! The deciding factor was that it came with 3 keys, one for me, one for a future roommate, and one for the landlord. I'm sure happy to have it now because my insurance is replacing my medication and I certainly don't want to go through that again. I would definitely recommend it to someone else.

3 Stars because we bought 2 of these and 1 works just fine but the other doesnt lock. I thought it was user error at first but since i did the other one the same way I am doubting it. di Did have my neighbor come over to try to fix it and its definitely something inside the doorknob. I do appreciate that it came with 3 keys. The black color is nice too. The one that works i have no complaints with!

this is a hard item for me to review. It's a nice looking lockset, and it works as well as can be expected. Added to that, it's incredibly cheap, but not necessesarily cheaply made. No, the problem is the insanely difficult installation! I'm a landlady, and I've installed hundreds of doorknobs, deadbolts and the like, but this one had me stumped. The first thing, instead of having the bolts that hold the two sides together packaged in a separate little bag, like Every. Other. Doorknob. In. History. has, they were already screwed into the external side ot the knob. I thought they weren't included by mistake, but "luckily" (I thought) I had some spares, even some black ones! But, try as I might, I couldn't get any of them to fit! Now, I admit, I need reading glasses, so looking at the black on black parts was more of an issue for me than maybe for someone else, but I did finally figure out what the deal was. The next issue was with the inner tyurn lock. Every doorknob lockset comes with a square shaped rod that extends from the external knob to the internal one so that they will turn in concert. This one had a little flat metal piece sticking out of the end of the square rod, as many do, but one had to fit it into the interior side of the lockset JUST PERFECTLY or it wouldn't lock or unlock from the inside. Again, my eyesight was a little lacking, but in this case, I think that nearly everyone would have a difficult time getting the piece slotted in correctly. So, an install that should have taken 5 minutes, tops, took like half an hour, which is why I gave it such a low rating. However, because of the price, if I had the chance to warn a potential buyer about these two issues, I'd reluctantly recommend it.

The set came without screws for installation and no keys. They sent a used product. Would NOT recommend a product from this Vendor and Walmart should cut ties with them

bought 2 sets both locks will not turn installed or in box

it shows key's but yet it's not a key lock. what a joke.
