Matte Black Touch Sensor Kitchen Sink Faucet Pull Out Sprayer 10 inch Cover

It is nicer in Person. Love the Black Matte. It's touch less, we didn't expect it to be this nice. Works Great. Unbelievable Price as well. You want be disappointed.

This was a gift I gave away, but I have the same at home and I love it. No problems and still going after a year.

The faucet is jangy as you have to tap hard to get it to work. The sprayer does not always retract fully and requires manually pushing it up all the way, even though the weight should handle that. It is not a touch sensitive faucet but a pressure sensitive faucet

List of problems so far: 1. It started leaking 6 months after being installed, flooding my cabinets. 2. It "hammers" on and off at random. 3. It just shuts off at random. 4. The power comes from batteries, not an outlet. 5. It uses batteries too quickly.

Look nice BUT , After I paid to have the faucet installed, it leaks and water comes out of the top pipe. Now there's nowhere to complain, only a return option, but I've already paid for the installation. I really don't know what to do; it seems I'll end up spending more than if I had bought a more expensive one. Besides, they don't last very long, as this is already the second one.

After installing the faucet we found out the one hose was broken and kept leaking. So we had to take it out and return it. Not the best quality. The spay hose part is plastic made to look like stainless steel. Will not buy again.

When I received the product it didn't have the instructions on how to put the sensor on for 4 months it's been working okay without the sensor touch now the stream and the spray does not work only the stream part so now I have to purchase another one.

The faucet will not turn on once it turns off. it seems like the battery pack is defective. I can pick the battery pack up and hold it and it will come on, but when I put it back in the holder it doesn't work.

This was the worst purchase I ever made with Walmart and I will not ever buy anything like this ever again especially for my mother day gift. I have asked for my money back and was turned down because they want the facet back and it's all. What Amare they going to do with a now used Facet.

Purchased December 2025, failed July 2026. Just by chance I opened the cabinet housing the water lines and found the cabined full of water due to the hot water line leaking. To find out why the line failed I did a destructive failure analysis and found that one of the two hot water line o rings had extruded from the housing, the 0 ring can be seen just at the entrance to the black housing. The water line is simply screwed into the housing therefore either the hot water line was not screwed completely in during manufacture or the line unscrewed due to the heavy activation knock when turning the faucet on. In any case, the leak water damaged the bottom of the sink cabinet laminate which will in all likely hood cost around $200 USD to repair. I would suggest that the manufacturer 1. If a more secure way can not be found to attach the water lines to the housing then ensure all lines are tight during manufacture and 2. Use a thread lock to prevent the water line from unscrewing during use.
