Hair was plastic but styled nicely. he had high top sneakers that fit the outfit style perfectly. Ken was a great addition to the mainly Barbie collection. The 5 year had fun using him with the other dolls to have weddings and 'play house' The shorts were hard for a 5 year to remove so he stayed dress far longer than most so that kept Granpa happy.

I love his short set which is colorful. My neighbor's granddaughter fell in love with him. Ken is in the hands of a sweet 5-year-old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so let me start off by saying having a remix from my favorite doll from the '80s is nothing short of amazing. That being said, I really like the head on this one. I love the choice of his hair and beard. I was surprised to see the doll a little taller than normal Barbies but I actually think that's pretty cool to add some variety so I'm liking it. He also has a very thin build not like you think of Ken looking. Again, I think variety is a good thing so I'm not complaining just stating the obvious. Seems very well made. The only way to improve it would be to bring out totally hair Barbie again. Wish they would resell that one because my daughter got a hold of my old one and it's hair is a mess but oh well we still play with it anyway and now she has a male version to hang out with!

Very good looking Ken doll, love the facial hair. The traditional Ken dolls are very durable but I prefer the articulated ones the best. Especially when on sale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 year old really liked this Ken doll. The hooded shirt was a big hit and was easy to take on and off. I loved the nostalgic Totally Hair outfit--the colors were amazing and bright! My 4 year old really liked adding this Ken to the collection of dolls and accessories that we have and thought the beard was a great touch. We loved that this Ken is a brunette like we are. The shoes were a little difficult to get on and off, but the other clothing items were great. It would have been nice if he had jointed knees or elbows, but this is still a great addition to our collection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Average Ken doll. Weird colors and clothes, but as I stated, its an average barbie ken doll. My son thought it was comical that it was a boy doll. My daughter plays with it and it seems to be as good of quality as any barbie. Nothing special, just your average Ken doll.

This Ken doll is really disappointing. The straight plastic arms are kind of useless. He looks like a zombie with us arms stuck out. The clothing quality is mediocre at best.
