Matter Compostable Sandwich Bags, 50 Count

These are the nicest sandwich bags I've ever had, and I will continue to use them and buy them in the future

It's hard to find this item anywhere else and it's what I use because it's compostable. Only Walmart has it.

These eco friendly lunch/snack bags are perfect for this day and age. I use baggies constantly for my children and with my classroom. I am excited to try these. They are a little frosty and not see through like traditional zipper baggies. However, to store snacks and items I think the item in the bag is still easily discernible.

These are SO great!! I love that they are made from plants, so they don't have that plastic smell that most sandwich bags have! They have a space on the front to write exactly what is in the bag since they aren't clear. They seal up perfectly! I highly recommend them!!

These are nice sandwich sized compostable biodegradable baggies with zip lock seal , made from plants not fossil fuels, not plastic, they seal as good as any other sandwich baggie, i wish they they made larger sized baggies and other non plastic products

I really like these bags. We try to do as much as we can for the earth to eliminate waste in our home so these seemed like a good idea. I'm glad we tried them because they appear to keep our fruits and veggies fresh longer in the fridge. I've had a bunch of cherries stored in this bag and 7 days later they continue to be ripe and juicy. I also washed it out and I'm currently trying them for a second time before disposal to see if it works the same. I believe they also have trash bags in this brand as well. So those will be my next purchase.

Easy to open and close, Great for food items, or just to keep something separated.

I recently purchased the Matter 100% Compostable Sandwich Bags and I'm quite satisfied with my purchase. The fact that these bags are 100% compostable is a huge plus for me, as I'm conscious about reducing plastic waste. The bags are sturdy and hold up well, even with heavier sandwiches. They seal securely, keeping my food fresh. The only reason I'm deducting a star is that I occasionally experienced difficulty opening the bags, as they can stick together. Overall, these compostable sandwich bags are a great eco-friendly alternative, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to reduce their environmental impact

The material to much like plastic, too soft

its not truly compostable in the sense that you can throw in your backyard compost, this is for an industrial compost. this means you need go take it to a facility personally to have it composted.
