I Successfully downloaded Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing [Digital Download). for years I had the CD version of Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing I used it occasionally on my windows desktop machine so I thought I'd try to use the digital format, and everything has been great so far the. the product key works just fine the user interface is easy to follow. It has helped me to improve my typing skills it's my style for learning , constant encouragements after each typing lesson. My only recommendation at this point is to have an option to play various types of music such as perhaps jazz, classical maybe a little hip-hop etcetera. I love the cute little games that you can play during your breaks in between lessons and so far I haven't had the need to contact anyone regarding support for this product so for me this is outstanding superb, nice job. Oh please consider a 2025 digital download version with improvements. I hope this helps

I have a mixed review on this product and my experience with it. First, when I purchased it I was given and deactivated activation code as I saw others have experience with this product. I reached out to Walmart and got no help from them. At that I thought I was out of luck with no refund available. So, I got the email for the manufacture help team which is- [email protected] I told them that it was a defective activation code from first time of use and requested a new code. After about 24 hours they responded, asked for proof of purchase and after I gave them that I was given a new code that worked right way! So long story short it did work but the process was a pain. I would rate 1 star to Walmart for selling a product that does not work upon purchase. But to the Encore customer service I would give 5 stars. Once I got it activated the product works great and I am very satisfied with it, but the process is not worth it. If I could give any advice, try finding this product elsewhere to avoid this unnecessary hassle.

I purchased this a couple weeks ago, and when trying to activate the key code states it was valid, but when I clicked on activate it states the code is deactivated. After talking with Walmart customer service online they provided me with a number and email to contact the company I have sent an email with no response. I also spoke with Walmart again asking for a phone number the agent provided me with a number who was to Mavis Carpet. Still have not been able to get this to work

download triggered warning on my up to date most recent version of microsoft laptop. i allowed the download anyway and tried to enter the activation key but it said the key had already been used. program didn't work and now im having to try to get my money back for a digital download. wish me luck.

I bought this digital download and was sent an activation key that doesn't work. I contracted customer service through Walmart 3 times and also their contracted tech support company and still no help getting a key that works. I wasted money on a program I can't use and can't get a refund for. Buyer beware!

I hope you check these reviews first before purchasing, unfortunately I did not and now am stuck with a product I can't use. The activation code I was sent says 'deactivated'. Reached out to Walmart customer service who can not issue a refund because of digital delivery policy. Was given a phone number to call but no live answer and the recording discusses gift cards, not customer service. Very frustrating that several others seem to have had this issue, yet Walmart won't help!

seems like a scam. Walmart send you an email with a link to download the course, the link provides a series of key to log in, but after completing the logging in, the next menu says keys are " deactivated" , next step to call the customer services.... they don't publicly one, just a manual for the curse but nothing as a troubleshooting to help, next step...you contact Walmart help, but the first answer is they dont " refund, or replace the item." Walmart then give you a web link to contact Mavis Beacon, and when you do, another set of questions that don't address the issue. No direct phone number, just a web address where you came to be asked technicality of your computer, which seems despicable as just getting you frustrated with not a direct approach to resolve the problem.

I am unable to download the Mavis Beacon software. I attempted to download it and entered the activation key, but I still cannot download it. Can someone assist me?

Don't wast your time or money on this. Downloading it was fine, but when entering activation/ license key it says invalid/ deactivated key. I just bought it and haven't used it. Such a scam not worth the money. Will report to Walmart.

Downloaded to my computer and tried to enter the license key. Walmart sent me a deactivated key and the product can't be used. On top of that it is nonrefundable.
