I really love this form of Biotin. I have bought tablets in the past and they are chalky and hard to swallow. This liquid form comes with a dropper and is pleasant tasting. I've been using it for a little over 2 weeks and I can already tell my fingernails are growing faster. I'm really happy with this product and I will continue to use it in the future. I highly recommend!!

I started this a couple days after I got it. I had a small bald spot on top of my head near my forehead!! I have no Thyroid any more, so I have been taking Biotin tablets/capsules off and on over the last 5 years. I have noticed that the bald spot is less noticable now. I usually take 10,000u, but I think because its liquid, its absorbed differently. When this is gone, I'll be buying some more.

Absolutely love the Biotin liquid alternative that is easy to consume made by SBR Nutrition. I have a very hard time swallowing hard pills or even capsules. Finally an easy to take liquid that tastes amazing with a natural vanilla flavor. I simply place one half dropper full (5,000 mcg) under my tongue and swallow, absorbs immediately. I've only been taking this a few days, but can tell a difference in my hair and nails already, can't wait to see the full effect! This Biotin Vitamin B7 contains no sugar, gluten, yeast,starch, salt, wheat or soy derivatives. Vegan friendly and made in the USA which is very important to me. My hands, skin and nails get very dry due to sun exposure, washing hands too much and chemicals. Applying cream and oils doesn't seem to do enough, perhaps because it's external. I decided to try this liquid Biotin supplement that I can consume. I like that it is non-GMO, vegan friendly and has no unnecessary ingredients. Another plus is that it's easy to drink. I just fill the dropper about half (about 15 drops) and swallow as the directions state. The vanilla flavor tastes good and the liquid is transparent. It has been two weeks and already I see my nails shinier, stronger and healthier. I will definitely continue to take it and recommend it.

One of the best Biotin supplements I have used thus far. I've only been using it for three weeks now and I'm watching my hair and nails grow like crazy. Will be ordering more very soon because I don't ever want to run out!! I would recommend this product to any one who atruggles with nail or hair issues.

These biotin liquid drops work really well.. I have had and used this product for a little under 2 weeks and I am already seeing significant positive growth in my roots. The glass bottle has a dropper and the liquid itself tastes like a flat vanilla; I much rather use this than swallow capsules. The recommended dose is 15 drops and I take it right in the morning before breakfast. I would recommend this to family and friends that want to add some strength and growth to their hair and nails. I am very satisfied and will continue to use.

Only time will tell but So far so good! I've been taking it everyday for 16 days . I can't say if my skin or hair has improved but they certainly hasn't gotten worse my skin remains supple and moisturized. The dropper makes it portable and easy to take. No stomach issues and no funny aftertaste. This is an easy way to incorporate the all important biotin in your diet!

Let me start out by saying I already have long lovely hair. I blow dry it, but take a lot of pains to put on hair masks, etc to keep it nice and conditioned. The hair salon always compliments me on my healthy hair. Given that, I didn't think the biotin was going to do anything for my hair. I thought it maybe good for my nails. However after 2 weeks of biotin, my hair looks even better than before. This weekend my husband commented that my hair looked more gorgeous than usual and felt silkier. And my husband is not one to notice - Lol. I am sure its good for nails, but havent paid that much attention to it. For hair though, this is the bomb!

I gave this product two weeks as I looked for signs that it was doing anything. I took a half of a dropper, everyday for two weeks, usually after eating. The taste of it is not horrible, but I winced every time I swallowed it. It did taste like vanilla, but like a medicine-y vanilla...so not great. But, it's not candy, so I was not overly concerned about that. I must say that I did not notice any real difference in my hair, nails, or skin. My hair was the same, which I like. My nails were still flimsy and did not grow a noticeably faster rate. My skin did not clear up on my cheeks or get noticeably softer anywhere else. I have started getting random itchy patches on my legs. But, because it's spring time in south Texas, that could be attributed to any number of things. So, while I appreciate that this is a vegan product with nothing artificial, I didn't see that it helped me in any way. I will keep taking it for another couple of weeks to see if I do notice anything.

No visible or remarkable results after 14days of use. Plus the taste is terrible. It might work for others but as far as I'm concerned, this supplement did not make any difference. And I should know, I've had hair loss issue for quite a while.
