Max build more building bricks accessories and wheels value set (250 pieces) - major brick brands compatible

These are just like Legos. Theyou even fit really well with Lego pieces. My husband has a few sets of Legos, but they can get pretty expensive, so we don't buy them very often. We got these in the mail, and he added them to his Lego collection. He built a helicopter out of them, and you honestly can't even tell which pieces are Legos, and which pieces are these. Unless you look at the logos. I also really like the container these come in. It's a nice, durable, plastic box with latches. There's no worry of them spilling if the box is latched. This is the way to go if you don't want to spend a ton of money on Legos

My kids are 4 and 7. We had a blast building with these blocks. They are literally the exact same as the major brand we have and fit together with those others well. The set comes with many ideas of what to build, and we tried quite a few of those, but my kids also enjoyed just making their own things. They had no trouble getting the blocks to fit together. They are well made and durable. There are many speciality pieces to use. The colors are vibrant and there is a good variety. Really great value set for family fun!

I have two boys, ages 4 & 2, and they love these blocks. They immediately wanted to build everything in the book (with my help), and were disappointed when I told them we didn't have enough blocks for all of the figures. We did however build the race car, the dinosaur, and the jet and they were pretty ecstatic about those. This set includes 759 pieces. It comes in a nice red storage container with a locking lid and handles to keep everything neat and tidy when not in use. My little one is a huge Lego fan and he found these just as enjoyable. This set does come with an inspiration book for building ideas. The set promotes imaginative thinking and problem solving skills for kids to be creative in there own building design. My little one found the pieces to be easy to use and snap together. This comes with a wide variety of brick pieces and colors including some unique pieces for fencing and making teeth in your creations. It also comes with flames. It includes stickers that can be used for eyes. There are pieces that can be used for flags, windshields, tires, and flaps that can be used for wings. The building opportunities with this set are endless. Any brick lover will have hours of fun playing with this set. The pieces do also work with Lego bricks. I definitely recommend this set for kids, they will feel a sense of accomplishment with there build and can have hours of creative play.

It's like having an imagination expansion pack at a fraction of the cost. In fact, you can purchase all the Max Build More block accessory kits for the same price as just one major brand expansion kit. Beautiful bright colors, sturdy pieces provide for many hours of hands on imaginative fun without being connected to a chord for all ages and learning levels. I really wish this option would have been available when I was a kid. The container is super strong hard plastic that will store and last for years.

I chose to review these MAX Build building bricks as part of the Spark Reviewer program. My son is a HUGE fan of the well known brand of building bricks, so I was curious to see how these bricks stand up to them. We were really impressed with the size of this kit and the quantity and quality of bricks. This specific set is the 250 piece accessories and wheels value set, so it contains doors, windows, frames, wheels, motorcycle frames and various other accessory bricks. My son was able to quickly build a car with the bricks and still has many more bricks to use for building other items. We tested them out with the major brick brand, and they work perfectly. This set comes with a nice plastic storage bin, and inside are four bags of bricks. The only issue I had was that one of the latches on the side of the storage bin comes loose, so we have to reset it every time. Overall though, this is a nice quality set of building bricks and would be a perfect gift for little builders.

Overall, I am very happy with the MAX Build More building bricks, accessories, and wheels kit. I was very surprised at how great this kit is! It has a great instruction booklet that is easy to follow along for all 3 of my boys – ages 5, 7 and 9. There is such a variety of pieces in this 250-piece set that allows for so much creativity. With this amount of pieces, it allows for everyone to work on a different project at the same time. They have played with these and built things with these almost every single day since getting this! I was also surprised at how well this worked with other well-known building brick brands. They fit together just fine, and were no different disassembling them either. The items in this kit are so unique with items such as doors and wheels – which allow for so many different building options than with kits we currently own! The quality of the pieces in this set seems to be really good and is something that I would expect to hold up really well over time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great variety of accessory pieces that are compatible with other brands as well!

Really good set of blocks. They arrived last week and my son open the bax and tried the blocks right away! So much fun using trying to build diferent cars, motorcycle and a boat. We had a hard time figuring out what we want it to build wince i am not really good at building. Really good quality and a lot cheaper than the name brands. I love the storage box. Easy to organized and keep clean the house.

This is a great set of blocks to get for building just about anything you can imagine. This set had plenty of pieces to keep my kids busy for hours, without fussing about not having the right piece. The pieces are well made and the finish is great. These building blocks are great! I'm not sure why I never thought to buy a brand other than Lego before but these are just as good. I have mixed our new blocks with our name brand ones and we cannot tell the difference between them aside from the obvious missing brand symbol. The price and quality is great and they were packaged very well. I definitely will be buying only these in the future. Overall, I was surprised by the quality of these generic pieces and it's affected my opinion of generic LEGOs. I always thought bags like these would contain random pieces of shapes and colors, especially of the ones you don't want. There would be a lot of defects, This isn't the case here. I'm impressed.

For non-LEGO brand building blocks I was pleasantly surprised with these. On a scale of 0-5 with 5 being what I would consider equal to LEGO I would rate the the overall operation (connectivity and staying secure) a 4. The instructions included with the blocks I would rate a 3 was they can be confusing even for me as a parent let alone a kid. I would give the amount of blocks received and building options a 5 as 750+ blocks is a lot and instructions for 13 ideas we included not to mention the endless imagination options! Overall I would recommend these if you're wanting some blocks with a smaller price tag than the LEGO brand. My boys ages 2-6 love them.
