Max Frei Hardy Geranium - Bloody Cranesbill - Live Plant - Gallon Pot

This arrived very quickly and was amazingly well packed. The plant looked great and the soil was still wet. Hoping it does well, but too soon to tell.

I am extremely disappointed with this seller and my overall experience. I placed two separate orders and paid a very high price, expecting healthy, quality plants. Instead, I received completely unacceptable products. One order arrived as nothing more than a bag of soil with a dead root. The other plant arrived severely damaged, with decomposed, decaying foliage and poor overall condition. Neither plant was in a state that justified the price charged, the seller should pay me instead. After reading other customer reviews, it appears that similar complaints have been made before. I should have read the reviews before. What is even more disappointing is that responses to customer complaints seem defensive rather than focused on resolving legitimate quality issues. I spent a significant amount of money and received plants that were dead on arrival. This level of quality is unacceptable for any seller, especially one charging premium prices. I will not be purchasing from this seller again and cannot recommend them to other buyers. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision before spending their money here. You will lose your money.

This was shipped in a USPS box. The withered plant was on its side, with it's container crushed but the exterior was undamaged.

Never received got 3 ferns instead
