Max & Lily Bunk Bed, Mid-Century Modern Twin Over Twin Solid Wood Bed Frame for Kids

A couple of the panels were damaged in transit. the customer service team was responsive, clear and quick. We were able to get replacements and we couldn't be happier with the final product.

We have had this for over a year now, and we still love it. I imagine our girls (now 6 and 4) will be in it for many more years. It's great.

We have two sets of these beds for our bunk room and they are fantastic. Solid, easy to assemble and they look FAB :) Highly recommend. My only issue, and this is true of bunk beds in general, is that it's very difficult to make up the top bunk. This bed is especially hard because railing is totally solid, so, tucking in sheets and blankets is a real doozy/workout.

The Walnut is not real. It is pine or fir stained a dark color, and the white is also different shades. Plus, there are errors in the directions and some of the parts are not built well. I am mixed on whether it is worth the price, but we are not returning it.

We live the look of this bed. It took about 4 hours to put together by myself and the instructions were easy to maneuver. But the smell! I’m not sure what toxic chemical was used on the wood but it was so pungent and lingered for WEEKS. We put a very large air purifier in our sons room to help mitigate the off-gassing but it still took almost a month for it to dissipate. If it weren’t for that, I would give five stars.

The white color doesn’t match on each panel. Some are white, some are blue-ish, some are purple. Not bad enough to return, not good enough to recommend. The price implies a much higher quality. I would continue your search for a bunk

The bed is really cute and nice. The customer service, however is some of the worst I've ever dealt with. If you have an issue with your product expect ridiculously long wait times and only email correspondence. Parts arrived damaged and although they said they would replace them it would mean either not setting up your bed and not having use of it for literally months, or completely taking it apart if they in fact do get you the parts.

I developed a headache while assembling this bed it smells so bad. We’ve had to relocate our daughter to our bedroom while we wait for this thing to stop off gassing. Wishing we had spent a little more money on a different manufacturer, whose beds were low VOC, I’m frankly concerned about long-term health effects from this thing.
