This review is at the request of my kids who truly love their Modern Farmhouse Full Panel beds. They are solid, sturdy and very good looking beds. We bought two of them and the quality is satisfactory. There is no chemical smell, which is a big plus. The surface is not smooth and shiny, but that is what we like, and it adds to the character. On the down side, assembly took a while (3 hrs), so you have to take that into consideration when getting ready to put the bed together. Bottom line, highly recommend this bed.

My daughter loves her trundle farmhouse bed and it was relatively easy to install. There was a missing piece and a broken piece and it is taking weeks to get replacement pieces.

Disappointed. The wood is not sanded so it's very rough to the touch. It also came with a few nicks and scratches. Would not get again.

I'm disappointed with this kids bed. The overall design looked nice online, but the finish on the wood is very rough instead of smooth. It feels like it wasn't sanded properly before being painted or sealed. For a children's bed, I expected a much smoother and safer surface. Because of the rough texture, it doesn't feel very high quality and I'm concerned about splinters or snagging bedding. The bed is usable, but the finish makes it seem poorly made and not worth the price. Overall, the product did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend it unless the manufacturer improves the finishing quality.
