I like that the ladder is screwed down and secure. I am happy with the quality and strength. We have used these for about six weeks. I would purchase again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our twin-over-full bunkbed for over a week and it's been great! Love the warm pecan wood color which isn't too orange or yellow. The kids have been going up and down the ladder, playing around and love sleeping on it. The instructions were easy to follow and came with all the hardware. The wood had a few scruffs and scratches, but nothing that can be quickly covered up with one of those wood cover-up pens. Haven't had a chance to test out the trundle yet.

Bed said it could accommodate up to 400# yet I'm 140# and heard it creaking in spots so just be mindful about spreading out weight. Also ordered vanity panel. It came cracked two separate times and eventually just asked for a refund. But refund process was relatively painless. All in all a great product that I feel my 4.5 year old will use and transition into older years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful bed, easy to put together. However the slats are super far apart, so are almost ineffective -- we had to buy additional pieces (Bunkie boards) to support the mattresses.

Grandkids just love sleepovers with the new bunk beds. Nice appearance. Like all bunk beds it is difficult to make the two beds. The lower bed definitely feels the movement of the upper bunk.

We've had this bed almost 3 years. We've tried sleepovers in the top bunk multiple times with multiple kids. Every single kid, including the one who owns it, says it's too wobbly to sleep. If a kid on either level tosses or turns, the other can feel it. The bunk has had no use for us as far as sleeping capacity. The kids use it to play. I would not purchase this bunk again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bed smells horrible. We set it up a week ago and it's still giving off a terrrible chemical smell. The finish is also very dull in a lot of spots. It looks nice put together, but I can't get past the smell.

If I could give the us bed 0 stars I would! This bunk bed was wobbly from the start!there is no back to the full bed on the bottom to keep it steady so it wobbles around. The top bunk just sits on the arms of the bottom bed with little pins. That's it! I contacted the company after we first got it and they instructed me to tighten the screws/nuts, which I did and continued to do twice a month. The screws/nuts finally pulled out of the wood frame and the bottom bed is broken. I just took it a part to burn it because it's not salvageable. I am so disappointed. The bottom full bed is now on the floor under the top twin bed like a trundle. Do NOT recommend this bed at all. It never fully tightened or EVER felt secure and eventually broke a part.
