Max & Lily Solid Wood Bunk Bed, Twin over Full with Storage Trundle and Ladder for Kids

It's really beautiful. I love that it is made out of quality materials and does not feel cheap and flimsy like some other furniture I've bought in our home. It was simple to put together and my girls love it. I would highly recommend.

Bunk beds arrived quickly and were super easy to put together. Granny and the grandkids had a great time sleeping on beds. Full size was a big hit for cuddling. Beds are sturdy and well made.

Great easy to assemble. Wood looked good only one small scuff. Some of the plug holes. On top of full bed were a little big plugs fell right in other than that a great bed. Love the color

After seeing this at a friends house it was what we needed to make the purchase, so happy we did! Great quality, easy to assemble, nice customer service. We will be recommending to anyone looking for a solid bunk bed

It is a beautiful piece of furniture and my grandsons were thrilled when they came to stay.

Beautiful bed, easy to put together. However the slats are super far apart, so are almost ineffective -- we had to buy additional pieces (Bunkie boards) to support the mattresses.

The only problem I had was when I tried to assemble the trundle bed. The side bars that were holding the slats were supposed to screwed into the frame at the head of the bed and at the foot. However, at the head of the bed there was no wood below the part where the side boards were supposed to be screwed in. In other words, there was nothing to screw the wood into.

The bunk bed is great for our kids, I appreciate the low profile of the steps to save space and the wood material. It's really good value for the cost! Some of our pieces came damaged but customer service offered us a small refund and a blemish kit to address them.

I love the look of it and the height; plenty headspace with a 6" matress on the lower bunk. However, my main issue is the lack of sturdiness. It's wobbly and has even come apart at some connection points (after tightening).

It was not the product it was the terrible customer service. After 2 days of conversing with the customer service rep to ensure that I would receive the correct bed for my 3 and 4 year old grandsons I received the wrong bed. I forwarded all of the text i had with the customer service rep and was told I ordered the wrong bed. I needed and wanted a bed with stairs NOT a ladder. Safety was my main goal. Their return and restocking fees were ridiculously expensive … When I still do not believe this was my error. N0, I will not refer friends or order from this company agsin.
